TROPOFLEX ® Elastomeric Cables

These are synthetic rubber insulated and sheathed cables with finely stranded plain or tinned Copper conductors These cables are resistant to heat, oil, fire and withstand abrasion and high temperature. They can be tailor-made for specific applications.

TROPOFLEX ® cables being highly flexible are ideal for power and control, material handling, railways, shipwiring, heavy industries, oil exploration and as trailing cables for reeling/unreeling operations in mines of single length of 1000m or more. Elastormeric cables can also be offered with Aluminium Conductor for fixed installation. Standard cables are available in range of voltage grades between 1.1 and 11kV as per IS 9968 (Part I & II), Flexible Trailing Cables as per IS 691 and IS 1026.

TROPOTHERM Heat Resistant Silicon Elastomer Cables of 1.1 kV grade are also availables for applications in high temperature areas like ovens, furnaces, steel rolling mills, foundries, Railways and conform to IS 9968 (Part I), 1988.
