Paper Insulated Lead Sheathed Cables

Paper Insulated Cables are offered with Copper/Aluminium conductors, Lead/Lead alloy sheathed, Steel tape/wire armoured, with compounded fibrous bedding and serving. Cables are provided with belted and screened construction for voltages upto 33 kV. Cables with serving of PVC outer sheath are also available.

Though these Cables are generally meant for power distribution purposes, special designs are also offered for mining applications, 78 (80 kV) DC grade, ESP cables for pollution control. These cables are also manufactured for export to foreign specifications such as SABS, VDE, GOST, etc.
