Straight Joints
Straight Joints are offered for cables up to 33 kV (E) grade.
The joints are easy to install and quick. The entire process
of insulation rebuild takes only one fourth of the time taken
by conventional technique.
Specially designed arrangement for armour continuity limits
temperature rise under through-fault condition.
A steel joint case is employed with heat shrinkable abrasion
resistant tube internally coated with hot melt adhesive for
the purpose of corrosion and moisture protection.
Transition joints between PILC and XLPE Cable can also be
offered.
