The powerful combination of urban growth and continued economic recovery has resulted in Transmission and distribution network working their way across the country at an incredible speed. In almost every state throughout the country, high voltage transmission networks are being extended, new circuits added and new interstate grids being planned or under construction. While the design and construction of HV O/H power transmission systems is of itself a highly specialised field, undertaking major Turnkey Electrification Projects demands particular expertise and experience. CCI Projects was formed in 1983 to provide the said expertise to its customers.

CCI’s responsibility does not end with the supply of cables and jointing accessories only but extends to assisting customers in installing maintenance free cable network.

In line with the company’s philosophy of providing “TOTAL CABLE SERVICE” to customers and cater to tailor made requirements. CCI Project Division undertakes installation of cable systems on turnkey basis. The scope includes assisting the customers in design and selection of the cable system for achieving optimum performance parameters and extends to installation and commissioning of the cable network.

The importance of achieving a synergy between design and installation parameters for a system involves the Engineering for finding total solution from concept to commissioning.

In light of the above, “Project Division” embarked upon expansion of its activities and was positioned to take up the total responsibility for Turnkey execution of a project (Electrical) so as to offer a comprehensive package, inclusive of all aspects of Project Engineering, Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning.

Quality is of the utmost importance in all our procedures and processes. Our highly experienced engineers have been trained in India, Japan and Germany to give this integrated package of services.

First 220 kV XLPE insulated cable feeders in India was successfully designed, tested and commissioned by us.

We have kept pace with the latest technologies by entering into technical collaboration with manufacturers of experience and international repute. We have ongoing technical collaboration agreement with M/s Mitsubishi Cable Industries, Japan for Project Engineering.
